ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Recognised QQI Level 5 or equivalent
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar environment supporting
adults with intellectual and physical disabilities
* Person Centred Focus
* Demonstrate the LauraLynn values ? compassion, collaboration and
excellence.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
* Previous experience of supporting adults to access community
supports and activities
* First Aid
